At XEXYMIX, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance activewear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your XEXYMIX account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned sportswear for quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
